I'm Julia Timmer and I'm a photographer based in Arvada, Colorado.

Formally trained with over 12 years of experience as a working photographer,
I'm passionate about creating inspired and authentic images - and I'm also passionate about giving everyone the time to make each of my clients feel like they are my only client.

I specialize in wedding and portrait photography with a natural and photo-journalistic style all my own.

I'm Julia Timmer and I'm a photographer based in Arvada, Colorado. I've had clients describe me as calm and sincere, with a great sense of humor.

I love the real stuff - the moments that make us human, imperfect and beautiful. To me, the greatest beauty is in the organic and the authentic. I love to photograph people at their most natural, and in turn most beautiful.

I also love a good story. Whether its a wedding day, weekend-long bat mitzvah or a little home time with your family - there's a unique story to tell - and I'm passionate about capturing that with my photography.

I hold a Bachelors degree in literature and an Associates of Applied Science in photography. But I've learned the most working, traveling, and photographing people and places for the last 10 years.

My studio lies between downtown Denver and Boulder, with access to open space and front range views.

Photography Services and Collections

I believe in fair and transparent pricing. No hidden costs after the fact.

Wedding Photography starts at a $1500 investment for a micro wedding. My most popular collection is $3500 and includes two photographers and your images.

Event Photography, such as anniversary parties, birthday parties, graduations, family reunions, starts at $200/hr and includes images.

Bar Mitzvah and Bat Mitzvah Collections start at $1500.

Family Photography begins at $300 for a full 1-hr session with images - and mini sessions available for $200.
